Maximator's Air Driven Gas Booster series is suitable for the oil free compression of gases and air. Industrial gases such as Argon, Air, Carbon Dioxide, Helium, Hydrogen, Natural Gas, Nitrogen, and Xenon can be compressed to operating pressures of 36,000 psi and Oxygen to 5,000 psi. In addition to the range of Gas Boosters available for industrial applications, we specialize in Oxygen Gas Boosters and Oxygen Rebreather Gas Boosters for both the Recreational Scuba and the Commercial diving industry.

This range of gas boosters provide maximum flow in low air drive and gas supply pressure conditions.

    For high pressure gas booster applications or where air drive pressure is low, High Pressure Technologies offers one double acting – single stage gas boosters with a triple air head. This model is the DLE30-75-3-36 Gas Booster.

  • High Pressure Technologies gas booster systems provide a compact, portable source for increasing gas pressures. These air driven gas booster systems are shipped assembled and fully tested, ready for turn-key installation. As with standard boosters, the gas booster systems require no electrical power, providing safe and economical operation.

    Gas booster systems are capable of compressing most gases including nitrogen, argon, helium and hydrogen up to 20,000 psi. Systems featuring special seals and cleaning can pressurize oxygen to 5,000 psi. All High Pressure Technologies gas booster systems that are for use with hazardous gases are modified to ensure vent ports are piped to a common vent connection.
